Theory Studios Brochure

Typeface: Butler | Work Sans | Playfair Display
Background:
Since we learned more about brochures this week and print design is by far the worst aspect of my skillset, I wanted to give it a go. I decided to create a design based around a made-up interior design studio, "Theory Studios". See the inner and outer designs below.
Proximity:
Each pane is a group with its own individual styles but all of the basic text structures are grouped accordingly to whatever information is present.
Alignment:
I tried to play with panel-based alignment (left pane text gets a left alignment, middle pane -> middle alignment, etc.) but the left pane text at the bottom created an empty void so I decided to incorporate left, right, and middle-aligned text with a center-aligned icon within each panel.
Repetition:
The entire inner panels follow the same repetitive structure. Icon > Header > Sub-header > Paragraph text.
Contrast:
My contrast comes from the olive and gold-colored text (all within the color palette of the background image) on top of the neutral white background.
